"Sounds of Childhood - The Next Generation"

The Holon Municipality and the Holon Theater organize the “Sounds of Childhood 2005” Festival who’s purpose is to promote and enrich children’s art education. The festival which will be held for the fifth consecutive year in the Holon Theater during the Sukkot holiday, is intended for both children and parents.

During the five day Festival there will be a vast range of concerts which will include special productions and first showings who’s common theme is artistic music performed live on stage along with many other different fields of art.

Five days of exceptional shows are dedicated to the marvelous performances of the world of music and dance directed by Israeli conductor Roni Porat. The Holon Municipality has initiated this long lasting tradition in order to enable children to once again encounter the innocence and beauty, along with rich and creative ideas, out of a belief that all those will enhance and contribute to their education.

We see it as a duty to reinstate this young generation into the universal and artistic roots so that they can see themselves as part of a more cultured and enlightened world. It is our belief that this is the path to educating and turning the next generation into a better and more tolerant one.
