"Strange, but I cannot say that I’m "composing"; rather, I mostly feel that I "discover" music. It seems to
me that all the compositions are out there somewhere, and that I only have to find them. It may be a short search or
a very long and tiring one, but when I approach a new composition, I feel something in the stomach and then in the throat, as if
I'm in love. Then I just have to reveal the new creature, to look at it carefully (with the ears) and name it (by notes)."
